Elle est diplômée d’un doctorat de Géographie mention Géopolitique de l’Institut Français de Géopolitique (Université Paris 8). Sa thèse porte sur les enjeux géopolitiques de défense et de sécurité nationale du cyberespace au travers l’exemple de la France. Auparavant, elle a assuré pendant 5 ans l’emploi de chercheuse de la chaire Castex de Cyberstratégie de février 2013 à mai 2018.

Freyssinet Eric

Eric Freyssinet is colonel in the gendarmerie and has had 15 years of experience fighting against cybercrime, first, as the head of a laboratory for processing digital evidence from 1998 to 2005, then as manager of following projects by the national police fighting against cybercrime between 2005 and 2010, and finally since 2010 as head of the cybercrime judicial division at the national police department. Freyssinet received a diploma from the Polytechnical school in 1992. He continued his studies at Télécom ParisTech and obtained a master’s degree in 2000. In 2011, Freyssinet began his PhD at the University of Paris 6 Pierre et Marie Curie. He contributes to the training of others through numerous police force or international projects as well as in institutions such as the University of Technology in Troyes or the University of Paris II. Because of his expertise and dedication to various groups working in the fight against cybercrime, he is now vice-president of the European Union Cybercrime Taskforce, President of the Association francophone des specialists de l’investigation numérique (French Association of Digital Forsenics) and vice-president of the association Signal Spam. Since 2013, Freyssinet is member of the Conseil scientifique du Conseil Supérieur (Scientific Council of the Supreme Council). Freyssinet is the author of numerous articles and works. His second book, “Cybercrime in movement” received the book award at the FIC in 2013.

Gerard Gaudin

Gerard Gaudin is an independant consultant for G²C and President of the R2GS Club. Gaudin has a degree from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (School of Electricity). After two experiences in French multinational companies specializing in technology and information systems, he worked for CS managing its cost centers as well as its IT department and Information Security department. Since 2003, he has been an Information Security specialist for G²C with a particular emphasis on cyber defense and security information and events management (SIEM). In 2008, Gaudin created the R2GS Club (Reflection and Research in Operational Safety Management). Acting as President, the Club has been able to gather over 150 actors belonging to more than 40 companies and organizations dedicated to cyber defense and SIEM. The Club is currently expanding in Europe via the establishment of a comprehensive network of “clone” associations (developed in the UK and Germany). Gaudin is also the founder and President of the ETSI (an organization focused on standardization in the IT field). ETSI is part of the entity known as ISG ISI dedicated to all aspects of security event detection.

Yugo Neumorni, CISA, EMBA is the President of CIO Council Romania and the IT&C Director for Hidroelectrica, the Romanian power generation leader and the major supplier of ancillary services required in the Romanian National Energy System. He supported from the CIO’s role the Hidroelectrica growth of the business from insolvency to the most profitable company from Romania, to more than 300 mln EUR net profit, and to a 65% EBITDA. He coordinated directly a major SAP implementation project for Hidroelectrica (300 users, 12 modules) in a very challenging timeframe and during large-scale company transformation process. The SAP project was awarded with Gold Winner of the 2017 SAP Quality Awards contest in the Fast Delivery category in CEE. Yugo was the Head of IT for Vimetco for 10 years, the largest aluminum producer from South Eastern Europe, an integrated aluminum company present in Europe, China and West Africa. He supported from CIO position the IT transformation of the group from “the green field level” to the international “shared services” model. Previously he worked for Deloitte Central Europe as IT Manager being responsible for Romania and Moldova offices.
